I have always been a passionate advocate for health and wellness. I have been trained in STOTT Pilates, a contemporary approach to Pilates that emphasizes functional movement, alignment, and rehabilitation. This training has equipped me with a deep understanding of the principles of Pilates, particularly in using the Reformer to enhance strength, flexibility, and body awareness. My goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment, allowing each individual to progress at their own pace while cultivating a strong mind-body connection.
